At KEVIN.MURPHY, we’re proud to partner with Greenfleet to support the restoration and protection of native forests across Australia. For every 440 aerosol cans sold*, we offset 1 tonne of carbon emissions through Greenfleet's reforestation projects.  These efforts conserve biodiversity, wildlife habitats, and protect endangered species like koalas.

Since our partnership began in 2022, we’ve contributed over $290,000 AUD helping establish native forests that will sequester over 15,700 tonnes of carbon emissions over their lifetimes. In 2024 alone, we contributed $98,632 AUD to continue this work, guaranteeing that 5,113 tonnes of carbon will be removed from the atmosphere. Download our latest impact certificate here.

Greenfleet's approach focuses on restoring legally protected native forests that act as carbon sinks. These forests capture and store carbon in trees, roots, and soil, creating healthy ecosystems capable of storing significant amounts of carbon over time. All forests established through this initiative are legally protected for up to 100 years, ensuring long-term environmental benefits.

Greenfleet adopt a CSIRO designed and Australia Government approved methodology to measure carbon and impact. Their systems and processes are independently audited to ensure transparency and accuracy.

We acknowledge the potential impact aerosols can have on air quality. Our partnership with Greenfleet demonstrates our commitment to improving our ecological footprint, and creating a lasting positive impact.

Together, we can create a healthier environment for us all.

Trees are essential to the health of people and our planet. They clean our air and water, provide homes for wildlife, contribute to our livelihoods and create jobs for social impact.

At KEVIN.MURPHY, we’ve always strived to be part of the solution to the climate crisis, and reforestation plays an important role in reducing climate change. Healthy, strong trees help cool the planet by absorbing carbon emissions and releasing oxygen back into the atmosphere, making our planet a healthier, safer place to live.
