KM Rewards FAQ

I. Can I earn points from my past purchases?

KEVIN.MURPHY REWARDS were launched July 19th, 2023. Any purchases made prior are not eligible for points. We will store points tied to the email address used up to 12 months after any purchase made on July 19th 2023 or later.

II. What if I already have an account? Is it a new account?

No, the loyalty program is an extension of your existing account on kevinmurphy.com.au

Do my rewards points expire? Yes. Your points will expire after one year of inactivity, i.e. not redeeming points, placing an order, etc.

III. How long does my rewards status last? 

Once you reach SILVER or GOLD status, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you made it. Be sure to keep earning points to maintain your status (or even level up)!

IV. Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount? 

Good news! If you return the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your account!

V. Can I use more than one reward on a purchase? 

Yes. You can use a discount code and redeem free product within the same order. However, only one discount code can be applied at a time.

VI. Will my points work at my salon?

No, this program is exclusive to kevinmurphy.com.au in the US for now.

VII. What if I buy product at my salon, do I still get points?

No, we can only reward points for purchases made on kevinmurphy.com.au in the US for now.

VIII. I made a purchase but don't see my points

IX. I made a purchase but wasn't signed in, do I still get points?

You can claim your points by creating an account up to 12 months after placing the order. Email needs to match the email that was used for the original order.
