Years of overpopulation and industrialisation have inflicted harmful change to our planet’s environment, and it is only more recently that we, as industrialised cultures, have realised the harm we are doing, and the imbalances we are creating throughout the natural world. The negative effects of such damage can be seen and felt in the changes to our climate and throughout nature.
Looking at cultures who live in harmony with the natural environment, cultures that truly understand how to live on this planet, what you see is that they live off the land, making the most of its natural resources, yet they maintain a constant balance between what they take and what they give back – they share the bountiful goodness of nature by living in harmony with the elements and maintaining their natural resources. The indigenous cultures of the world have shared this common belief and knowledge for centuries.
In light of this knowledge, at KEVIN.MURPHY, we take care when sourcing materials and ingredients, and are always looking for ways to reduce our products environmental footprint. Our innovative formulas are crafted with both natural and innovative scientific ingredients. We use only sulphate free surfactants* that effectively cleanse and remove surface oil and dirt, without stripping or depleting the hair of its colour.”
*At KEVIN.MURPHY we don’t use added sulphate surfactants (such as SLS and SLES)
