By agreeing to the KEVIN.MURPHY Online Store Terms of Sale, you maintain that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, then you may not make a purchase on our Online Store, nor may you provide personal information to us or register on the Website.
You may not use KEVIN.MURPHY’s products and services, or any samples thereof that we may provide to you, for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Nor may you, in the use of such products or services, violate any applicable laws (including but not limited to copyright laws).
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to refuse service or cancel and/or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms of Sale. We reserve the right to place limits on quantities of orders of a single item, or to set a maximum purchase amount per customer.
By agreeing to our Terms of Sale, you understand that your content (not including credit or debit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit or debit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any product or portion of the products or services offered on the Online Store.

In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Sale and information appearing on the FAQs, the Terms of Sale shall apply.

We do our best to ensure complete, accurate and current information when describing our products and services on the Website (including in the Online Store). However, product descriptions, colors or other information on the Website may occasionally be inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete.
KEVIN.MURPHY reserves the right to change and correct any errors, inaccuracies, products, descriptions, specifications and pricing on the Website (including on the Online Store) at any time without prior notice.
Please note that such errors and inaccuracies may relate to pricing and availability, and we therefore reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect information regarding pricing or availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The inclusion of any product or service on the Website (including the Online Store) at a particular time does not warrant that these products or services will be available for purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, at any time, without prior notice.
We accept Credit Card or Debit Card payments through MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Keeping your online payments secure is our number one priority. That means you might need to verify your card payment with 3D Secure to complete your transaction. Contact your bank to learn more about 3D Secure authentication.

You will be charged when we ship your order
When placing an order using a credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided and the issuing bank for your payment card will place a hold on the funds in your account in the amount of your purchase when an order is authorized. This action reserves the funds for the pending charge.
Your card will not be charged until we ship your order, at which time your card will be charged, and the funds will be removed from your account. The charge may vary from the amount of the authorization hold if the order is altered prior to shipment.
If your card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. If an order is canceled, the authorization hold will be removed by the issuing bank. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions regarding this.
ONLINE ONLY PRODUCTS
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Authorized purchases will be shipped to your designated address; contingent upon shipping address being compliant with the shipping restrictions contained herein. All purchases from the Online Store are made pursuant to shipment conditions, by accepting these Terms of Sale through your use of the Online Store.
Standard Shipping is free within the contiguous U.S. on orders of $69** or more. A $9.99 Standard Shipping fee will apply to all orders below $69**.
**Shipping costs will be calculated based on order total.
Our standard and express shipping carrier is FedEx, and we only ship FedEx Ground to comply with dangerous goods shipping guidelines. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3 to 8 business days for standard shipping. Due to circumstances with COVID, we may experience longer than expected processing & shipping times.
To check the status of your order, please reference the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have additional questions about your order, please email us at email@example.com.
Currently, KEVIN.MURPHY Online Store can only accommodate shipments within the contiguous United States: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. For orders outside of the contiguous United States, please inquire by filling out this form to see if an order can be processed to your requested country or territory.

KEVIN.MURPHY offers products and services of integrity and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you feel that any product you have purchased directly from the KEVIN.MURPHY Online Store does not live up to your expectations, please let us know. We value honest feedback and we will always try to find a solution for you in getting your hair to where you want it to be.
KEVIN.MURPHY may cancel an order if, for example, the item(s) ordered are not available, we are unable to process a payment, or if we are unable to ship to the address provided. We reserve the right to refuse to process or to cancel an order if KEVIN.MURPHY suspects fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity, or where KEVIN.MURPHY determines, in its sole discretion, that the order may result in a violation of our Terms and Conditions (including the Terms of Sale).
Returns for purchases from salons or retailers
We are only able to process returns for products purchased directly on the KEVIN.MURPHY Online Store. If you have purchased a KEVIN.MURPHY product directly from a salon or other non-KEVIN.MURPHY retailer, please contact the salon or retailer directly. Returns and exchanges of products purchased through other salons or retailers are subject to that salon’s or retailer’s policies.
- You may return any eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund or store credit on the Online Store (original order shipping fees are not refundable).
- Items must be unopened or lightly used and returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of product receipt.
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
- Returns on items received after 30 days will be accepted at KEVIN.MURPHY’s discretion.
- If you want to return a product, the customer must pay the return shipping cost. KEVIN.MURPHY is not responsible for any shipping damage or lost parcels on return shipment. Customers must return products well-packed and with tracking information
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment after the return has been received and approved by us.
To complete a return:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of any items that you would like to return. Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you with instructions for eligible returns.
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original packaging, if possible. Otherwise, please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during transit. Please be advised that special rules and regulations apply when shipping aerosol containers.
- Our Customer Service Team is available to answer questions from Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (excluding major US holidays) and is working hard to keep up with returns and inquiries. Your return will be processed upon arrival. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive. Once your return has been received and processed, we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed after receiving your return. The time for a refund to appear in your account or on your credit card statement may vary and is determined by the issuing bank or credit card company. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All orders placed on the Online Store are intended for personal use only, and you shall not use the Online Store to purchase products for re-sale or export. KEVIN.MURPHY reserves the right to immediately bar access to the Website and terminate the account of any user who violates this provision.

DISPUTES & COMPLAINTS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, you are responsible for promptly contacting KEVIN.MURPHY Online Customer Service regarding any claims for damaged and/or lost shipments.
